Upon realizing I had forgotten my earphones, the staff promptly returned them to me with a genuine smile, showcasing their exceptional attention to detail. the ironing facilities were impeccable, ensuring my clothes were always in pristine condition for my daily explorations of the historic city. the heating and air conditioning in the room were perfect, allowing me to adjust the temperature to my liking and ensuring a comfortable stay throughout my visit.
